SB & Company, LLC (SBC) was founded as a minority firm with the experience, leadership, people, methodologies, and strategy to serve clients in specific targeted markets. Coming from “Big Four” international firms with diverse expertise in industry, technical, and management,  the founders shared a common desire to build a firm dedicated to delivering quality and value to their clients. They believed there was an opportunity to create a minority firm with diverse people and a diverse client base, that was committed to quality work, outstanding client service, and investing in its staff based on their “Big Four” roots.

The result of this collaborative effort is exactly what the founders intended: a diverse client base from start-ups to major corporations, and an ability to attract highly talented people. SBC was built on the principle of hiring the best people, investing in their development, establishing methodologies to ensure quality performance, serving the areas of our expertise, and providing value to our clients by serving their needs and helping them achieve their goals.
